Following the great interest and success of the B38, an interest into a pure manual driven boat has been generated. Considering the loads generated by this high stability type of boats, a size of 30ft has been set as the limit. Naturally a number of choices followed, as the steering tiller choice, a different yet very interesting seating solution for 6/8 people in the cockpit.
The B52, while retaining all the features of the B Series, offers the opportunity to benefit the use of the aft spaces of the boat which can be used as separate cabin or open sleeping space (more similar to racing yachts) while allowing a true separate forward cabin. To summarize the B42 is a friends or small family weekender, the B52 can accommodate larger families or group of friends while the B60 can accommodate guests with their separate spaces.
B-yachts sailing boats penned by Studio Associato Luca Brenta & C., were originally launched in 2004. Destined to be owned by those who are passionate about being on the water, they epitomise the very essence of sailing made easy. “B-yachts boats are intimate and comfortable and handle easily because they have the technology of a maxi yacht,” explained Luca Brenta when the boats were first introduced to the market.
All boats, starting from the day-sailer B 30 to the larger B 38 and B 42, have a rapid top speed, and the latter two also come provided with a cabin. Featuring a hull and deck made from composite carbon fibre over Corecell foam, they provide weight stability, more than 60% ballast/displacement ratio, lead bulb, controls at the steering system, an appealing design, and a stunning teak deck.
