This is the support provided by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency within the Promoting economy through Polish product brands programme. Similarly, Polish yachts and boats will be promoted in: the Netherlands, Norway, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Turkey, Russia and China.
In Poland, 22,000 yachts are manufactured annually. Our domestic manufacturers specialise in motor boats of 6 to 9 meters in length and in this sector they are ranked 2nd worldwide, after the United States. The unrivalled leaders among buyers of Polish yachts and boats are Norwegians. Only in 2016, they purchased Polish sailing vessels worth EUR 70 million. The second and third place go to the French (with the total export value of EUR 46 million in 2016) and Germans (EUR 44 million), respectively. The total value of exported Polish yachts was almost EUR 350 million in 2016.
