SPORT HOODED SEMI-DRY 7MM

THE TOTAL THERMAL PROTECTION PACKAGE

New semi-dry suit makes cold-water diving warm, fun and easy.

Cold-water divers looking for total thermal protection in a comfortable high-stretch semi-dry wetsuit need look no further. Providing 7mm of neoprene plus an attached hood, the new SPORT 7MM HOODED SEMI-DRY delivers head-to-ankle protection yet is so soft and pliable it fits like a second skin.

The SPORT 7MM HOODED SEMI-DRY is made from super soft neoprene that is ultra-comfortable and easy to climb in and out of. The suit uses water-blocking glued and blind-stitched seams and features a triathlon cut that allows for lots of range of motion in the shoulder and arm areas --  much more freedom of movement than you'll find in a traditional 7mm suit. The interior is lined with two plush materials that dry quickly, enhance warmth and feel so good against the skin you won't ever want to take this suit off.

The external colored panels on the forearms and ankles are styled to appeal to fashion conscious divers, but they are more than purely design touches. The undersides of these panels seal against the skin to prevent water entry, and they are backed by zippered wrist and ankle closures that help keep water out and make donning and doffing that much easier.

Abrasion-resistant fabric on shoulders, seat and knees protect the suit against chafing gear or rocky bottoms when sitting or kneeling. Add in the attached hood and the SPORT 7MM HOODED SEMI-DRY is the total thermal package for first-time suit buyers looking to get the most out of their cold-water diving.

Evertec LT

STAY WARM AND DRY IN ALL WATER CONDITIONS

One dive in this drysuit and you may never dive wet again.

When you're diving in a drysuit you're always dry and comfortable, no matter how cold the water, or how deep you're diving. That's because by choosing the appropriate undergarment to match the water temperature, and by being able to add air to the suit when needed, you're always in control of your thermal status. When you're wearing a drysuit, diving suddenly becomes an all-weather, year-around activity.

There's no better way to dive dry than in an EVERTEC LT. A lighter-weight version of the original Evertec drysuit, the  EVERTEC LT is constructed of a new Rip-stop fabric which is 25 percent lighter than its predecessor. It also contains a bit of stretch for better flexibility. Combine that with the EVERTEC LT's telescopic torso, elastic crotch strap and flex seals and you have a comfortable fabric drysuit that maximizes range of motion and minimizes hydro-drag.

Loaded with features, the EVERTEC LT comes with a heavy-duty diagonal Ti-Zip MasterSeal® dry zipper that enables you to don and doff the suit without help from your dive buddy. Neoprene socks with seamless heels enhance comfort, and adjustable suspenders complete with swivel buckles help dial in a comfortable fit. A warm neck collar keeps heat in and protects the latex neck seal, and rugged Kevlar material offers superb protection for the legs.

The two large cargo pockets are equipped with D-rings, high-security overflaps and Velcro closures for carrying tools or extra gear. The I-Safe strap on the left arm is perfect for securing a computer.

When it comes to high-quality materials and construction, as well as a long list of performance and convenience features, the EVERTEC LT can't be beat. Offering the perfect balance of comfort and durability, one trip under water in an EVERTEC LT and you may never dive wet again.

About us

Company details

SCUBAPRO first appeared in the scuba diving world in the early 1960's.  It was guided by two men, Gustav Dalla Valle and Dick Bonin.  They brought to the market many innovations for diving that are still being used today.  The 1964 catalog featured everything the diver could want, including regulators, recompression chambers, and submarines.  In 1965 the first version of the Jet fin first appeared.  After 40 years the fin is still popular with technical and military divers worldwide and is one of the most copied scuba products ever sold.  In 1966 the catalog also added the Automatic Decompression meter, a forerunner to the modern dive computer. Back mount BC's, weight integrated systems, the Classic style STAB jacket, and other innovations continued to be introduced throughout the years.

UWATEC was founded in 1983 in Hallwil, in the heart of Switzerland. In 1987 they introduced their first dive computer, the Aladin PRO. It was quickly established as the standard in the industry. By the early 1990s, UWATEC was synonymous for diving computers.  Joining Johnson Outdoors and SCUBAPRO in 1997, UWATEC continues to be a leading innovator in the industry.

Today, SCUBAPRO remains a premier manufacturer of scuba diving equipment and employs over 400 people in 17 locations spread over 13 countries, covering 4 continents. At least 1 in every 2 employees is a diver and in several countries over 80% are divers, and over a third are instructors. SCUBAPRO is a Johnson Outdoors Inc. company.
