Information on speakers, aims and lectures of the cruising workshop
The host of the boot Bluewater Seminar, Sönke Roever, is a well-travelled long-distance sailors with more than 80.000 nautical miles experience. From 2007 to 2010 he sailed round the world and visited more than 35 countries. Since his return, the Hamburg-based sailor gives fascinating talks and workshops on all aspects of his time at sea.
„Our aim is to provide practical and, most importantly, helpful information to support participants as best as possible in the preparation of their long-distance cruise. Regardless, whether it is a circumnavigation or a cruise around the Baltic Sea. Most of the information is helpful with any cruising preparations even on home waters and no matter if you are a skipper or crew," Sönke Roever explains.
