Camel Dive Club & Hotel

Camel Dive Club & Hotel is located in the heart of Na’ama Bay, Sharm el Sheikh. Since its foundation more than twenty years ago, Camel has developed a reputation for its high-quality facilities and service, and its friendly atmosphere.

Camel Dive Club & Hotel was designed by divers, for divers. It brings together in one location all the essentials for a great diving holiday. Facilities include a comfortable 4-star hotel, a 5* PADI Gold Palm Instructor Development Centre with specially-designed diver training pool, two award-winning restaurants, a terrace café serving homemade ice cream, a sandwich bar & take away and the famous Camel Bar. All our facilities have full access for wheelchair users.

In addition to Camel’s main centre in Na’ama Bay, Camel Dive Club now has three dive centre branches at hotels around Sharm el Sheikh. You can dive with Camel at Royal Grand Sharm, Grand Rotana Resort & Spa and Laguna Vista Resort. All branches offer a full range of Camel diving services, with shore diving also available at Eagle Ray Bay (Grand Rotana) and Paradise/Turtle Bay (Royal Grand Sharm).

New in 2009

• It is now 23 years since Camel Dive Club opened in Na’ama Bay. This makes Camel the longest established diving brand in Sharm el Sheikh.

• We are delighted to be the only dive centre and hotel in the Red Sea to be Highly Commended in the Virgin Holidays Responsible Tourism Awards 2009 (www.responsibletravel.com). The Award recognises our environmental conservation efforts, which form part of the Camel Eco Tribe initiative.

• Guest forums (in English, Italian and German) on our website are thriving. Check our guests’ feedback about us at www.cameldive.com/forum. We also have excellent reviews on Trip Advisor, ranking consistently in the top 20 hotels in Sharm el Sheikh.

• Camel Dive Club is a 5*PADI Gold Palm Instructor Development Centre. We have certified over 3,000 divers during 2009. We are also a DSAT/TDI technical diving facility.
