The resort

“alamBatu” is a comfortable, spacious, new resort on Bali’s North-East coast, located approximately 5km from the dive resort “Tulamben”. The terrace shaped landscape spans over 1,6 hectares with big lava cliffs extending into the sea, with a direct view onto “Agung” and bays with gravel and sandy beaches. Close to the beach, a pool invites to relax on sun-beds, rocking chairs or the two close by “Balen”.
The resort consists of 11 “Alang-Alang” covered, 40 m2 sized bungalows, fitted into the slopes of the landscape. Four bungalows have air-condition, seven are well aired and furnished with a ventilator.

BUNGALOWS
All bungalows have a generous terrace and a view onto the sea. The bathrooms are open to the sky and are furnished in the modern Balinesian style with a partial view of the “Agung”. With this new resort, Balinesian and modern life style were harmoniously combined.

RESTAURANT
Directly by the sea, the round restaurant “Cafe Batu” is built right onto the rocks. From here, one has a fantastic view over the sea and the bays, right up to the East point of Bali. In the evenings you can enjoy a magnificently starry sky and in the mornings a stunning sunrise.
Typical Indonesian, as well as Thai or European dishes are served. Do not miss the barbecues or the traditional rice platter
