In the mid-nineties, the young and passionate entrepreneur Ronald van der Heijden decided to make his dream come true: founding a modern shipyard, where he would built luxury yachts.

During his career at the Navy, Ronald acquired a lot of technical know-how and it didn't take long until his first yacht was finished. The following years his company grew out to be one of the most respected shipyards in the Netherlands.

Today, Ronald and his team have built more than 400 luxury yachts for clients all over Europe and they have set new standards in motoryacht design. In the meantime the demand for bigger yachts grew.

Nowadays Van Der Heijden Yachts builts yachts from 13,50 till 33 meters in different models, both steel and aluminium. Due to increasing demand for Van Der Heijden Yachts, the company keeps growing.
