Gun Sails Steel - universal wave sail

The new Steel combines all the virtues of a universal wave sail - excellent performance in all kind of wind conditions, good planing abilities, easy and reactive handling and a solid construction. The well-balanced profile covers a very wide range of use and can be set individually.

Versatility for more freedom
The Steel can be trimmed from powerful/direct to compact/absorbed, due to the asymmetrical placed clew eyelets (offset clew), so that it always feels very stable in the hands. It absorbs the gusts easily with its harmonic twist and stays very comfortable to control in any stage. Typically for Gun Sails, the construction, workmanship and setting are to a very high standard. All sail windows are made of reinforced x-ply materials and a double leech edging, covered seams and rubber inserts protect all potential stressed zones. The versatility of the Steel will give you the freedom to sail in every wave venue, regardless of the location.
