Sunbeam 42.1 - designed for sailing with a short handed crew

The new design of the Sunbeam 42.1 combines a light and airy interior with ergonomic design standards now typical for Sunbeam Yachts. This new Sports Luxury Cruiser is designed for sailing with a short handed crew accommodating family or friends.
High quality materials
A forward looking long-term approach with value in mind is one of the many unique traditions of the family owned shipyard. This approach is especially true for the new Sunbeam 42.1. Materials of the highest quality and perfect design were part of the requirements for the new model. And for a centre cockpit yacht the Sunbeam 42.1 offers an amazing large cockpit with a total length of 2.4 meters.

Hull and deck design
Design and construction of the hull and deck are typical for Sunbeams “Sports Luxury Cruiser” concept, based on high ballast ratios and weight stability of the yacht. Isophtal-resins are used for the gelcoat and laminates of the hull and deck. The gelcoat is hand-painted to assure a perfectly smooth and long-lasting finish. The hull is hand-laid in one piece and has an additional insulation against extreme temperatures eliminating condensation.
