The deck saloon yacht Moody 45’ DS is the first fully redesigned craft under the traditional Moody banner and is built in Germany. Star designers Bill Dixon and Marc Tucker have created an incredible feeling of spaciousness. Thanks to the single-floor concept with the bright, light-flooded saloon under a long, extended roof, the designers have implemented a number of fresh, new ideas.

Hanse-typical modern interior design
The owner has a free hand in choosing the cabin arrangement, furnishings and fittings. The Hanse-typical modern interior design is clearly reflected in the Moody 45' DS. Down below you will find generous accommodation with no aft cabin, and a spacious master cabin forward of the pilot house.

Latest technology in the production
The latest technology in the production is used for the new boat, for example, a 5-angle-shaper, enabling us to complete the fuselage shape with extraordinary precision. As well, the Hulls of the Moody 45DS will be made of Epoxy in a special vacuum injection process, making the vessels extraordinarily solid yet surprisingly lightweight guaranteeing excellent sailing performance.

The new Moody 45 DS is built, taking into consideration the passion of over 1,200 Moody owners that the Dixon design has pleased and gratified, as a comfortable cruising yacht that is seaworthy and easy to handle.
