Vetus Den Ouden N.V. of Schiedam, The Netherlands, has extended it's range of electric bow thrusters with the introduction of a new model, having a thrust force of 125 kgf (1250 Newtons) and a tunnel diameter of 250 mm.
10 different models by Vetus
This new bow thruster is available for both 12 and 24 Volts supply and represents a logical extension to the range of Vetus electric bow thrusters, which now offers 10 different models. This new 125 kgf model fits between the existing 95 kgf model with a tunnel diameter of 185 mm and the 160 kgf, model, which also has a tunnel diameter of 250 mm. Like all other Vetus bow thrusters, this new model is available with tunnels made of steel, aluminium or GRP and with a choice of control panels.
