Offshore sailing regatta to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Hamburgischer Verein Seefahrt (HVS), a long-standing sailing club of Hamburg, Germany.

  • Nantucket Shoals light buoy (off US-coast) to port

  • Point Alpha out in the Atlantic (depending on the ice drift) to port

  • Faire Isle (between Shetland- und Orkney Isles) to starboard

    • Finish:
  • Cuxhaven, Germany, on the mouth of the river Elbe, off "Alte Liebe" landing pier.

  • Onwards to Hamburg, City Sporthafen marina.

    • Distance:
  • approx. 3.500 nautical miles

    • Duration:
  • approx. 10 to 24 Days

    • Classes
  • Mono-hulled sailing vessels with a minimum length of 40 ft. (12.2 m) LOA

    • Scoring:
  • IRC and IMS

  • 63 yachts from 40 to 152 ft.
