Contest from the Netherlands launches a world premiere, the 50‘ CS, 14.99 m in length. Modelled on its successful sister yachts, the 57‘ CS and the 62‘ CS, the new 50-foot yacht also features a modern flush deck with an integrated window envelope, giving the boat an elegant profile on the outside and plenty of light below decks, with a clear view from the cabin.

Comfort, ergonomics and design
The interior furnishings are finalised in consultation with the customer, with a range of different, modern design options on offer, all of which place great emphasis on comfort, ergonomics and design. The hull is a sandwich composite construction made using the vacuum injection process.

Excellent sailing characteristics
In combination with the state-of-the-art rigging, the end result is a lightweight and strong boat that has excellent sailing characteristics and can even be sailed by a crew of two. The bulb keel, which weighs in at 6.1 t, has a draft of 2.15 m. The yacht’s total weight is 17.5 t.
