Jongert has designed the 3000M sailing yacht in partnership with Frers Naval Architects. The 3000M has the Jongert looks combined with several unusual characteristics. 'Privacy, luxury and comfort once again play a prominent role. The master cabin has an all-round view and directly adjoins the large beach area at the stern with every amenity imaginable. The salon is more than just a bridge. It goes without saying that you can pilot the vessel from the salon and it has a 360° panoramic view. Everything has been designed to give it an outdoor feel.'
'Its speed and sailing characteristics are exceptional,' states Kant. 'Just as with other Jongert yachts, you can circumnavigate the world in this Jongert and is by no means a fair-weather vessel. The 3000 M is also faster than any previous Jongert sailing yacht. We used to get the odd comment that Jongerts were great yachts, but sometimes lagged behind other yachts in terms of their speed. This will no longer be the case with this new design. Reliability, performance and comfort have been incorporated into a single, exceptionally well thought-out design.'

During the Fort Lauderdale boat show Jongert continued its sales success by announcing the order for a 3400M sailing yacht. This is an extended version of the 3000M.
